Sageena Thakur and her daughter Jasmin are papercrafters, and this week they came to show us how to craft scrapbooks. This was not simply cutting and pasting memorabilia into a plain scrapbook, it was creating pages with captions, and other embellishments, to make each page come alive.

And Sageena explained powerfully with examples from her own life and were important these good and meaningful scrapbooks are, and will be, important to following generations. All of us probably have stacks of photographs lying in packets and bundles around the house, but they can be turned into these meaningful memorabilia.

Later in the year, we hope to get Sageena and Jasmin back to run a workshop so we can each make our own scrapbook pages, and possibly a scrapbook dedicated to our memories of the Outlook Group.
